Postage options

We offer a number of postage options, to the UK, US and most of Europe*:

UK Royal Mail first class signed for – delivery 1-2 days from dispatch

UK special delivery – delivery next day from dispatch

United States air mail signed for

Europe air mail signed for

We will endeavour to get you your artwork as soon as possible, but please allow at least 5-10 working days for dispatch and delivery for all options (including special delivery).

*Please note that we currently can only ship to the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United States. We're adding more countries as quickly as we can, but if yours is not on the list and you'd like to purchase artwork email us at hello@theillustrationgallery.com.

Postage rates

UK Royal Mail first class signed for - £8 postage and packing for the first item, an additional £3.50 for each additional artwork in the same order.

UK Royal Mail special delivery - £11 postage and packing for the first item, an additional £3.50 for each additional artwork in the same order.

United States air mail signed for - £25 postage and packing for the first item, an additional £3.50 for each additional artwork in the same order.

Europe air mail signed for - £20 postage and packing for the first item, an additional £3.50 for each additional artwork in the same order.

Deliveries to multiple addresses

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address if applicable

Ordering items with different availabilities

When items you order have different availabilities we will wait until we have all of the items before dispatching them. However we will let you know via email if there is likely to be a delay,

Undeliverable packages

When a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will issue a full refund including delivery charges.

We are unable to resend packages that have been returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those items, you're welcome to place a new order on our website.
